• Geographical Location Data: To display activities near you. When selecting "Closest to Me," we request location permission during use to display distances accurately. When starting a track recording, we activate tracking during the session only; it stops automatically upon termination or leaving the range.

• Health Data: We request access to health data (such as step count and physical activity) only with your explicit consent to enhance your fitness experience and track performance. You may revoke this permission at any time.

• Fitness Surveys: We may collect data provided through health and fitness surveys, including—but not limited to—your training goals (e.g., weight management, strength training, or endurance), current fitness level, and related preferences.

• Payment Data.

2. User Eligibility (Children)

We do not permit children (persons under the age of 18) to use the "Vorma Platform" without obtaining permission from their legal guardians. Children should not provide any personal data to the Vorma Platform.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• Facilitating activity bookings and payment processes.

• Providing core features such as displaying nearby locations, joining venues, recording tracks, and enabling community features, rankings, and achievements.

• Improving user experience and providing customized offers.

• Communicating with the user to send alerts and updates.

• Complying with regulatory and tax obligations in the Kingdom.

4. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to access your data, correct it, withdraw your consent, or request its destruction (account deletion) via the application settings or by contacting us officially.

5. Data Security, Permissions, and Rights

• First: By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, members pledge not to file any lawsuits or claims, currently or in the future, regarding this matter. We will be obliged to disclose information about you if required by law or legal proceedings, to the extent necessitated by such laws.

• Security Measures: We implement reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect data from unauthorized access or use. Despite our care, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed. Please keep your login credentials confidential and use a strong password.

• Second: We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and we do not sell your data to any third party.

• Third (User Permissions): Users have the freedom to grant or deny permissions for using Health Connect data to track fitness metrics such as steps, sleep, climbing, heart rate, and calories burned during exercise. Access can be withdrawn at any time. Upon withdrawal, all previously processed data will be deleted immediately.

• Fourth (Cookies & SDKs): We do not use third-party advertising tools. We rely solely on internal operational logs to measure crashes and performance without building marketing profiles.

6. Third-Party Sharing

• We do not share your data with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

• Information will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.

• Data is processed within our operating environment. We retain data for the period necessary to provide the service and ensure regulatory compliance. You can delete your tracks from within the app or delete your account, and we will process your request according to this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legislative or functional changes. Any amendment is effective from the date the updated version is published within the application or on the website. Your continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the modification.

By clicking the "Register" or "Agree" button, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms above and agree to abide by them. You also grant us your explicit consent to process your personal and health data in accordance with this Privacy
