Terms & Conditions Terms and ConditionsThis agreement constitutes a binding electronic contract between the Vorma application and the User.1. Definitions• The Application: The "Vorma" platform and the services it provides to connect users with sports and recreational activities.• The Provider: Sports venues or recreational centers registered within the application.• Application/Platform: Refers to VORMA and its services on iOS, Android, and the Web.• User / "You": Any person who accesses the application, creates an account, or uses the services.• Content: Any data, text, images, locations, or comments provided by users.2. Eligibility for Use• The user must be at least 18 years of age, or obtain parental/guardian consent if the system permits (depending on the type of sports activity).• The user acknowledges the accuracy of all data entered during registration.3. Protection and Security of Personal DataOur Commitment to Data Protection:1. Confidentiality of Information: Vorma is committed to taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.2. Privacy and Data: We collect the minimum amount of location data necessary after your consent and for the declared purpose (showing the nearest location or recording a track). We adhere to the general principles of data protection and the relevant Saudi legal frameworks (PDPL) in accordance with our scope of activity. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand the types of data, retention periods, and your rights to access or delete data.3. Legal Processing: Data is collected and processed only for the purposes informed to the user, and in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.4. Secure Storage: Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We apply advanced protection protocols to ensure the integrity of data transmission over the internet.5. User-Generated Content: Content rights remain with the user; however, the user grants us a limited license to display and operate the application features. We reserve the right to remove or block any violating or reported content. Publishing the personal data of others without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.4. Permissions and Access to Health DataAccess Permissions and Sensitive Health Data:1. Optional Access: Vorma requests access to health data (e.g., step count, calories, heart rate) through integration with health apps (e.g., Apple Health or Google Fit) or similar applications. This access is entirely optional and requires explicit consent from the user.2. Purpose of Access: Health data is used solely for the purpose of improving the user experience within the app, customizing sports recommendations, and tracking physical performance related to activities.3. GPS and Locations: You may browse cities and places without enabling location services. When clicking "Closest to Me," we request location permission during use to display distances accurately. When starting a track recording or joining a nearby location (within approximately 50 meters), we may request an upgrade to "Always Allow" during the session. Background tracking works during the session only and stops automatically upon termination or leaving the range. Location accuracy may vary by device or network; we do not guarantee 100% track accuracy.4. No Commercial Sharing: Vorma pledges not to sell or share the user’s health data with any advertising companies or third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.5. Managing Permissions: The user has the right at any time to revoke health data access through their mobile phone settings without affecting account continuity, noting that some customized features may cease to function.5. Nature of Service (Medical Disclaimer)Vorma is a technical intermediary; therefore, the user acknowledges that practicing sports activities is at their own personal risk. The user must ensure their medical fitness before booking any activity. The application assumes no responsibility for physical injuries, as detailed below.6. Legal Disclaimer and Sports Risks1. Platform Nature: The user fully understands that Vorma is a technical intermediary platform connecting users and activity providers (e.g., clubs, fields, recreation centers) and that the application does not own, manage, or directly supervise these facilities or activities.2. Medical Responsibility and Physical Fitness: It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify their health and physical condition before starting any activity booked via the application. The application advises consulting a physician before engaging in strenuous exercise. Using the application and booking through it constitutes an acknowledgment by the user that they are physically fit and do not suffer from any health conditions preventing them from the activity.3. Disclaimer for Injuries and Accidents: Vorma (including its owners and employees) bears no civil or criminal liability for any physical injuries, health damages, fatalities, or material damages that may occur to the user or others while at the activity site or during practice.4. Provider Liability: Any claims regarding site safety, poor organization, or negligence at the sports facility must be directed to the "Service Provider" (the club or center) as the party directly responsible for managing the activity and securing the site.5. Loss of Personal Property: The application is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at booked locations.6. Inherent Risks: The user acknowledges that some sports and recreational activities (e.g., mountain climbing, swimming, martial arts, etc.) involve inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms, the user voluntarily accepts those risks.7. Complaints, Suggestions, and Customer Support1. Right to Complain: All users have the right to submit complaints or objections regarding the services provided.2. Communication Channels: The application is committed to providing effective means of communication via:• The "Complaints and Suggestions" section within the app interface.• Direct contact with automated technical support or via official email: support@vorma.net.• Any other official communication channels announced later.3. Processing Time: The Vorma team commits to reviewing and responding to complaints a response will be provided shortly after the date of receipt. 4. Suggestions: We welcome all suggestions to improve the user experience. By submitting a suggestion, you grant the application a non-exclusive right to use and develop it without any financial or moral obligation toward the provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.8. Disputes with Service ProvidersIn the event of a dispute between the User and the Service Provider, Vorma acts as a mediator to help resolve the dispute amicably, without assuming any legal or compensatory liability for the actions of third parties. The user retains the right to resort to competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if an amicable solution is not reached.9. General Conduct and EthicsThe user must adhere to the general regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (such as the Public Decency Law) when present at sites and events displayed via the app.Acceptable Use: The user commits to:• Not abusing features or circumventing the system (e.g., faking or altering geographical location).• Not publishing content that violates public order, or is offensive, racist, or infringing on intellectual property.• Not harassing others or attempting to hack or disrupt the service.10. General Provisions• Competitions and Achievements: Rankings and achievements are based on data collected during sessions. Any attempt to cheat (e.g., faking a track) will lead to suspension. We reserve the right to modify or cancel competition rules when necessary.• Intellectual Property: All trademarks, logos, user interfaces, and software are owned by Vorma Intl. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application according to these terms.• Updates and Changes: We may update the application or these terms from time to time. Amendments are effective from the date of publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amendments.• Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, violation of terms, or violation of regulatory instructions. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as general outages, disasters, or regulatory decisions.11. User AcknowledgmentBy accepting these terms, you grant Vorma explicit and prior consent to collect and process your personal and health data as necessary to provide the service. You acknowledge that providing this data is voluntary and based on your desire to benefit from the advanced features of the application.Governing Law and JurisdictionThese terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
