Definitions

Application / Platform: VORMA and its services on iOS, Android, and the web.

User / “you”: Any person who accesses the app, creates an account, or uses the services.

Content: Any data, text, images, locations, or comments provided by users.

Legal Acceptance

By accessing the app or creating an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any supplementary policies presented in-app. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

Account & Access

Users must be 4 years old or above. For users under 18, guardian consent is required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse features or circumvent them (e.g., spoofing or altering geolocation); not to post content that violates public order, is offensive, racist, or infringes intellectual property; and not to harass others or attempt to hack or disrupt the service.

Locations & GPS

You may browse cities and places without enabling location. When you tap “Nearest to me”, we request While-Using-the-App location permission to show accurate distances. When you start recording a route or join a place within an approximate 50-meter radius, we may request upgrading permission to Always for the duration of the session. Background tracking runs only during the session and stops automatically when you end it or leave the area. Location accuracy may vary by device or network, and we do not guarantee 100% route accuracy.

Privacy & Data

We collect the minimum necessary location data after your consent and only for the stated purpose (showing nearby places or recording a route). We adhere to general data-protection principles and to the relevant Saudi frameworks (PDPL) as applicable to our activities. Please review the Privacy Policy for data types, retention periods, and your rights to access or deletion.

User-Provided Content

You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to display it and operate app features. We may remove or block any content that violates policies or is reported. Publishing others’ personal data without explicit permission is prohibited.

Health & Safety

The app does not provide medical advice. Exercise according to your health condition and consult a professional when needed. Do not use the app while driving or in unsafe conditions.

Competitions & Achievements

Leaderboards and achievements are based on data collected during sessions. Any cheating—such as route spoofing—may lead to suspension. We reserve the right to modify competition rules or cancel competitions when necessary.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, user interface, and software are owned by Vorma Intl. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

Updates & Changes

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Amendments take effect upon publication in the app or on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, violations of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, and we will process your request per the Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as widespread outages, disasters, or regulatory decisions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction where needed.
