Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Vorma Intl Company

VORMA is a social app where you can express yourself, share content, and connect with others. Right now it has no bookings, payments, or outside services — everything happens between users. If we add sports or entertainment features later, we'll update this document.

Terms of Use

This is an agreement between Vorma Intl Company (which runs VORMA) and you. It covers how you use the app.

1. What the Words Mean

App / Platform: VORMA on iOS, Android, and the web, plus its features for sharing and connecting.

Company / “we”: Vorma Intl Company, which owns and runs VORMA.

User / “you”: anyone who opens the app, signs up, or uses it.

Content: anything you share — text, photos, video, audio, comments, messages, or stories.

Private content: private chats, private stories, private groups, and posts you set to private.

2. Who Can Use VORMA

You must be 18 or older. The app is for adults only. Anyone younger can't sign up or share any data.

If we find an account for someone under 18, we'll suspend it and delete their data as the law requires.

The info you give when you sign up (name, birth date, phone, email) must be correct.

3. Your Account and Its Safety

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share your password, don't let others use your account, and don't try to get into anyone else's.

Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission, and we'll help protect it.

Don't make extra accounts to get around limits or penalties, and don't make fake or bot accounts.

Usernames: don't pick a name that hurts others' rights, sounds offensive, pretends to be official, or copies someone else. We may ask you to change it or suspend the account.

4. Content You Share

Your content stays yours. You just give us permission to show it so the app works (like publishing and displaying it).

You're responsible for what you post or send, and you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn't hurt anyone else's rights.

We can remove or limit public content that breaks the law or these terms. We don't touch private content — it follows the reporting rules in the moderation section.

Don't post other people's personal info without their clear permission.

5. Permissions on Your Device

We never use anything on your device without your permission. We ask for each permission when it's needed and explain why. You can say no or turn it off anytime in your settings — some features may then stop working.

Camera: to take shots, post in Athar, and share photos and videos in chats and groups — with your permission.

Photos: to let you pick photos and clips to share — with your permission.

Microphone: to record voice notes for Athar or your shots — with your permission.

Activity data: to show things like steps and movement and share them with your friends in the app. This is fully optional, needs your permission, and is never used for ads or business.

Location: when you open the map or share a visit, we ask for location while you use it. We show a prompt first and never track you unless you ask.

Notifications: to alert you about messages, activity, and friends — with your permission.

Filters and effects: some filters track your face to work. This happens live on your device only. We don't save your face data or send your image anywhere. Filters and stickers come from licensed libraries we store.

6. How to Behave

When you use VORMA, follow Saudi law (including the Public Decency rules) and these community rules. Don't:

Post or send anything illegal, offensive, racist, or that pushes hate or violence.

Harass, threaten, blackmail, bully, or stalk anyone.

Pretend to be someone else or lie about who you are.

Break others' copyrights, privacy, or legal rights.

Send spam, use fake accounts, or game the reporting system.

Try to hack, break, or get into the app or others' data without permission.

7. Handling Reports and Keeping Private Content Private

We respect your privacy. No employee and no smart system reads your private content — chats, private stories, private groups, or private posts. The only exception is Adam, and only when you call it into a chat yourself (see its section).

Moderation looks at report patterns — how many reports, from how many people, how often — without reading your private messages or posts.

If reports pass a certain point, we act on the account (a warning, a limit, or a temporary suspension) without opening the private content.

We don't act automatically on the first report. If you're affected, you can appeal, and we review it using behavior signals — not by reading your private content.

Appeals: if we act against you, you can ask us to review it through the app. We look at behavior signals and technical evidence (like your account history and pattern), not your private content, and this doesn't affect your legal rights.

Bad-faith reports: reporting is meant to be used honestly. If someone files fake, misleading, or coordinated reports to harm others, we may limit their reporting or act against them.

The one exception: we only open private content when a proper order from an authority requires it, and only as much as that order needs.

8. The Smart Assistant “Adam”

Adam is an optional helper that only works when you call it. Here's exactly how it works, so nothing is unclear:

Adam helper (when you ask): when you use “Ask Adam,” your question and any related public content go to our own system to answer.

Adam in chats (when mentioned): Adam never joins a chat unless someone in it tags it. Then it reads the relevant messages just to answer, and leaves without keeping them. Its reply shows to everyone in the chat, so everyone knows it was called.

No sneaking in: Adam doesn't read or watch your chats on its own or ahead of time. By default it's outside your chats and only comes in when you or someone in the chat calls it.

No training, no keeping: we don't use anything to build marketing profiles or ads, and Adam doesn't keep chat content after it answers.

Auto-protection (separate from Adam): a system totally separate from Adam that only watches report patterns. It never reads your private messages, never learns from them, and never keeps them.

9. Ownership

All of VORMA's trademarks, logos, design, and software belong to Vorma Intl Company. You get a limited permission to use the app under these terms only — you can't transfer it.

10. Complaints and Support

Your right: you can raise any complaint about the service.

Where: the “Complaints and Suggestions” field in the app, automated support, or support@vorma.net.

Response: we'll review your complaint and reply within a reasonable time.

Suggestions: if you send a suggestion, you let us use and build on it for free, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

11. Pausing or Closing Accounts

We can pause or close your access if you misuse the app or break these terms or the law.

You can delete your account anytime in settings, and we'll handle it under the Privacy Policy.

12. Our Responsibility

The app is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it's totally free of faults or downtime.

We're not responsible for what users post or how they treat each other, but we give you blocking and reporting tools to limit abuse.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect harm from using the app.

13. Things Beyond Our Control

We're not responsible for delays or outages caused by things outside our control, like major failures, disasters, or official decisions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update the app or these terms sometimes. A change takes effect once we post it in the app or on the site, and using the app after that means you accept it. For big changes that need fresh consent, we'll tell you first.

15. General Points

If one part fails: if any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stand.

No giving up rights: if we don't act on a right right away, that doesn't mean we've given it up — we can still use it later.

Which rules win: if this document clashes with another policy in the app, this document wins, unless that policy or the law says otherwise.

16. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Saudi Arabia, and if a court is needed, the courts of Riyadh have authority.

17. Your Agreement

By accepting these terms, you give Vorma Intl Company your clear consent to collect and use your personal data as needed to run the service, and you confirm you're giving it willingly to enjoy the app's features.
