User Eligibility (Children)</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">We do not permit children (persons under the age of 18) to use the "Vorma Platform" without obtaining permission from their legal guardians. Purpose of Data Processing</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Facilitating activity bookings and payment processes.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Providing core features such as displaying nearby locations, joining venues, recording tracks, and enabling community features, rankings, and achievements.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Improving user experience and providing customized offers.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Communicating with the user to send alerts and updates.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Complying with regulatory and tax obligations in the Kingdom.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">4. Despite our care, absolute security on the internet cannot be guaranteed. Access can be withdrawn at any time. Upon withdrawal, all previously processed data will be deleted immediately.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Fourth (Cookies & SDKs): We do not use third-party advertising tools. We rely solely on internal operational logs to measure crashes and performance without building marketing profiles.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">6. Third-Party Sharing</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• We do not share your data with any third party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Information will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.</p><p class="ql-direction-rtl">• Data is processed within our operating environment. We retain data for the period necessary to provide the service and ensure regulatory compliance.
